Rathnam is a 2024 Tamil action film directed by Hari and jointly produced by Kaarthekeyan Santhanam and Alankar Pandian under the banners Stone Bench Films, Zee Studios, and Invenio Origin. The film features Vishal, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Ramachandra Raju, Samuthirakani, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Yogi Babu. This marks the third collaboration between Vishal and Hari, following Thaamirabharani and Poojai.

Devi Sri Prasad composed the music, while cinematography and editing were handled by M. Sukumar and T. S. Jay. The action sequences were choreographed by Peter Hein, Kanal Kannan, Dhilip Subbarayan, and Vicky. "Rathnam" was released on April 26, 2024.
