Vanangaan is an upcoming Tamil film written, directed and co-produced by Bala under B Studios, while Suresh Kamatchi of V House Productions serves as co-producer. The film stars Arun Vijay and Roshni Prakash. The film was announced untitled in March 2022, with Suriya starring and producing under his banner 2D Entertainment, while the title Vanangaan was announced that July. Despite some filming progress, Suriya and 2D Entertainment withdrew from the project that December due to storyline changes. Arun Vijay replaced him and Bala took over producing alongside Suresh Kamatchi. Filming with Arun Vijay commenced in March 2023. The music is composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, while the cinematography and editing are handled by R. B. Gurudev and Sathish Suriya, respectively.
